Bryher Honey Bag

Hillside Farm on Bryher is home to thousands of honey bees collecting nectar from the island's wild flowers.  It's spooned into our creamy fudge giving it a strong honey flavour and a slightly different texture. 
 
Please note Winter Postal fudge days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
